In 2020, Your Idea Maker was invited by DBKL to conduct the Wall Battle Mural Competition at Pasar Borong Selayang. In this competition, 40 artists from all over Klang Valley participated and successfully completed all artworks within 5 days. For the first time, Wall Battle has proven to be one of the programs that can not only promote artists and their work, but also use murals as an element to beautify an area.
Wall Battle @ Laman Seni 7
Laman Seni 7 Shah Alam is one of the MBSA's initiatives to transform the back lane of Shah Alam into a street art zone and make the back lane a safe and clean area. However, after 10 years of Laman Seni 7's existence, the murals in this alleyway have faded and returned to their original state prior to the implementation of this initiative.
And this year, the Wall Battle Mural Competition will be held in collaboration with MBSA to restore the beauty of Laman Seni 7.
